Your fixed asset information is seamlessly integrated into other related parts of your Intacct company.
Accounts Payable
When adding a new bill, you have the option to designate the item as a fixed asset. In addition, within an existing bill, there is an Asset Details tab that will display asset transactions associated with the bill. You can click on the asset number and drill down to view and edit the asset.
Employees
In the employee list, select an employee by clicking View next to their name. Each employee will have an Assigned Assets tab so that you can review the assets they are responsible for.
