To submit a ticket to the AssetEdge Support Center, follow the steps below.
From the fixed assets overview menu, select Support.
This will direct you to our ticketing system. Rest assured we are the ones on the other side.
If you are new to the ticketing system, an account will be automatically created for you once you submit your first ticket. After that, you should be automatically logged into your account each time you revisit the ticketing system.
NOTE: If you are using Internet Explorer, the log in process may not be as described. If you encounter trouble, please contact us as support@josepheveassetedge.com
